Return Window
We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
Requests made after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
Unused
Unwashed
Undamaged
Free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or signs of wear
Returned in the original packaging, with tags or labels attached if applicable
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Important Return Address Notice
The address on your original package, shipping label, or delivery slip is not our return address.
Please do not return your package to the sender address shown on the parcel.
Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our customer service team after your request has been approved. Packages sent to the wrong address may be lost, delayed, or unable to be processed.
Bluish Mist is not responsible for returns sent to an incorrect address or returned without prior approval.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective item, damaged item, or an incorrect item sent by Bluish Mist.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your package. Bluish Mist is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to item availability.
