After your order has been shipped, standard delivery usually takes 7–12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, local carrier service, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  1. How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $6.99 USD for orders under $69.

We offer free shipping on orders of $69 or more.

Final shipping costs and available shipping methods will be shown at checkout before payment.

  1. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

We will do our best to help, but changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order has entered processing, packing, or shipment.

For eligible orders, the price you pay at checkout is the final price for your order. Applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered or included where required, so you should not be asked to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

  1. What is your return policy?

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  1. Is the address on my package the return address?

No. The address on your original package, shipping label, or delivery slip is not our return address.

Please do not return your package to the sender address shown on the parcel.

Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our customer service team after your return request has been approved.

  1. Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective item, damaged item, or an incorrect item sent by Bluish Mist.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your package.

We recommend washing your tee inside out with similar colors in cold water.

Avoid bleach. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry when possible.

To help protect the print, do not iron directly on the graphic.
