For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may be charged by your country or region.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by local authorities.

Bluish Mist is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for packages refused due to unpaid duties or taxes.

Delays may happen due to customs clearance, local carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your tracking information shows that your package is lost or has not updated for an extended period, please contact us with your order number.

We will help review the shipment status and may ask you to contact the local carrier for further investigation.

Please note that Bluish Mist is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  1. Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check your mailbox, front door, porch, building mailroom, or reception area
Ask your neighbors, household members, or building staff
Contact your local carrier for delivery details

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us at support@bluishmist.com with your order number, and we will do our best to assist you.

  1. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay customs duties or taxes, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

If the package is returned to us, we will contact you with available options when possible.

Shipping fees may not be refundable unless required by law.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, or shipping arrangements.

If your order is shipped in separate packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
